Register Your Payment Card:

In order to open your account we require a credit card to be securely stored on your account. This card can then be used for payment any subscription fees (if payable), and you may also use these card details for the payment of any shipments within your account. You also have the option to pay for shipments using a separate credit card at the time of checkout if required.

Payment of Subscription Fees:

If you are on a FREE ACCOUNT Plan, no funds will be deducted from your stored card - the credit card is used solely for account generation purposes only.

If you are on a Premium or Enterprise Plan then any initial or recurring subscription billing will be processed against these card details.

Please note: All card details are securely transmitted and held solely by Westpac Bank, and Parcel2Courier Pty Ltd does not have any visibility to your card details, all transactions are processed by Parcel2Courier Pty Ltd using ‘customer number’ which is provided to us by Westpac Bank upon registration of your payment card.
